The 10-minute sauce sounds great, and I love the combo on the herb-roasted veggies! We use that same combo on oven fries... yum.
I am so impressed with your menu plans. We don't usually cook that many meals a week/ Do you just cook for two people- or family sized stuff?
i've never had plum butter but evertime you post a picture of I i just want a spoon full to know what its like :) Looks yummy!
