So, this week ... our garden gave us the following:
A 5.6 pound zucchini! Wowza!
4 cups of chopped summer squash for the freezer
26 cups of shredded zucchini to go in the freezer for future baking (plus 10 more for this week's baking) A fresh green salad with lettuce from the garden...as well as sauteed beet tops, and sausage and zucchini breakfast burritos that are not pictured (watch for the recipes next week).
