Total inches gained: 9.5 - odd considering last week I measured 10 inches gained!
Maternity clothes? Of course. Although I was bragging the other day about an outfit I was wearing. Even though the skirt was maternity, I was telling anyone who would listen about my shirts ... "and they aren't even maternity!" ... just really stretchy ... ha ...
Sleep: I had a few nights of terrible sleep but it's hard to say if they have anything to do with being pregnant. I don't necessarily feel very uncomfortable when sleeping, I think I just have had a lot on my mind. There are some nights where I lay awake a long time because baby is most active at night and I just want to stay awake to feel him wiggling!
Cravings: None.
Aversions: None. All has been well on the food front lately.
Best moment this week: Last night we laid in bed for about 15 minutes, and the Fabulous Dude felt the most movement he's felt so far. About every 30 seconds, one of us would say "Oh there's one" or "did you feel that?", or "Wow! There was a big kick". Then I started spooning him and could feel the baby kicking his back but he couldn't feel that.
Movement: Lots more (see ab0ve). I'm starting to become more and more aware of his "schedule". Always awake and moving lots early in the morning, right at lunchtime, after dinner and then late in the evening before bed.
Gender: I'm thinking blue.
Labor Signs: Nope.
Belly Button in or out? OUT! It's visible through almost every shirt I wear.
What I miss: Not having to take Diclectin. As I mentioned last week, I started a three week weaning process to hopefully reduce myself from 3 pills a day to 0 pills a day. Tuesday was the first day that I attempted to not take anything before bed. I woke up Wednesday morning feeling somewhat off, but talked myself out of it and just decided to make it a mind over matter thing. I went to bed last night feeling queasy but resisted taking it. However, I woke up at around 4 am feeling very very sick so the dude suggested I just take one and go back to sleep. It helped a lot and I woke up feeling normal this morning. I think I'll stick to one before bed for a few more days and then try again next week.
What I'm Looking Forward to: My next midwife appointment at 24.5 weeks where I'll meet my third and final midwife and we'll start talking about some of our thoughts/plans for the birth.
Weekly Wisdom: Talk to your hubby about your thoughts/fears/hopes for pregnancy and childbirth - you may be surprised at how reassuring and encouraging he is!
Milestones: Many many many strangers commented on my pregnancy this week. I love knowing that there is absolutely no question that I am pregnant.
And because I haven't shared one lately - here's a few photos of the bump-a-roo (please excuse the frizzy, humidity infested hair)...

OMG could you get any cuter??? You look fantastic! Glad you are feeling well and I hope the nausea stays away!
I didn't think it was possible, but you and your baby bump got even cuter! Melt my heart!
You look great!! Sorry the nauseau is still hanging around. Hopefully taking one before bed will help and that's all you will have to take!
the other commenters are totally right - you're a cutie!!
also, i think its hilarious when i man feels a kick and asks the wife if she felt it - as if the baby wasn't kicking through her stomach.
