Total inches gained: 10 whopping inches! One inch up from last week.
Maternity clothes? All the time. I had trouble determining what to wear to the wedding we went to on Saturday. I ended up wearing a non maternity dress that sort of fit and the FD thought it looked good. I had to pin it and staple it though. That's never good. I ended up changing between the ceremony and reception into black dress pants and a fancy blouse - I felt much more comfortable (and warmer) for the evening!
Sleep: So good!
Cravings: None.
Aversions: None. All has been well on the food front lately.
Best moment this week: On Monday night, the Fabulous Dude felt the baby move! I had started to feel lots of kicking over the weekend, both from the inside and with my hand on the tum tum. He was out Monday evening and I went to bed to read around 9:15 and felt some crazy Ninja kicking for about an hour. By the time he got home it had really settled down and I told him I wished he had been home so he could have felt it. He put his hand on my tummy and we poked around and waited a bit and then I finally felt 5 small kicks but I knew they weren't strong enough for him to feel. Then, I felt a big one and he looked up at me and said he felt it! It hasn't happened again since but it was a cool, cool moment.
Movement: See above. I've been feeling a LOT more kicking, mostly in the evening or when I am laying down and really still. Also, so far I've only felt kicks on the left hand side of my tummy. None in the middle or on the right. I guess he just likes to camp out on my left side?
Gender: Who knows? I have been flipping back and forth between saying he and she all week.
Labor Signs: Nope.
Belly Button in or out? OUT! And it just keeps coming out more.
What I miss: Being able to bend down normally and effortlessly, without having to squat and let out the occasional grunt.
What I'm Looking Forward to: Feeling the ninja kicks more frequently throughout the day.
Weekly Wisdom: Record what's going on in your pregnancy! These are things you don't want to forget in the years to come.
Milestones: I had my first pregnancy sniss on the weekend. Maybe that's not a milestone I should be proud of! I was getting something from the fridge, sneezed, and crossed my legs but not in time! I guess it's time to up the kegels :) Also I am on week #2 of the "great diclectin wean" of 2010. I have gone from 3 pills a day, to 2 a day and now to just 1 a day. Hopefully by this time next week, I will be down to 0 pills a day!

LOL @ "sniss!" God bless your honesty. :)
Tears and laughing all in the same post. See. That's why I love you.
The kicking is the BEST part of pregnancy as far as I am concerned. The one thing I will forever miss.
Big hugs girlie.
XO*T
thanks for the link to urban dictionary. i'd never heard that word before.
Oh, a sniss! Hysterical!
LMAO at your sniss. It happens to the best of us!!! XOXO
Yaa! I'm so happy you finally are feeling kicks and that FD got to feel them as well!! :-D
HAHA Never heard of "sniss" before... Gotta file that away for future use!
I am SOO happy you felt the baby kick!! YAY! Isn't it the BEST feeling in the world?! It's crazy how you go in one instant from not feeling anything to feeling it like CRAZY! Mine was like that too! It only gets crazier, I see my stomach move all the time, it's so funny! Oh and never heard the term "sniss" haha but I've definitely had it happen!
I only felt kicks reaaallllyyy low for a long time! They do seem to get comfy someplace and stay there! Also, someplace I read that the fruit comparison goes by density of the fruit not size.. But that still doesn't make much sense!
I'm with you on the bending thing. Getting my shoes on is no small feat.
Ya, the fruit they use for comparison don't seem very accurate, although I'm sure some fruits may be bigger in the south.
Where's this week's belly pic?
LOL @ sniss
I thought my water was leaking, so we rushed to the Dr and I called all the important people on the way. 20 mins later, I had to call all of those people back and tell them that I simply peed myself.
I know what you mean about the whole fruit comparison thing! A couple times I was like, "now how did it go from that fruit to that fruit?! Isn't that one the same size if not smaller?!" lol. On the plus side, at least they usually give you inches to help out with the measurements too.
Congrats on 22 weeks!
I remember how exciting it was when the hubs could finally feel the kicking too!
