Menu Plan Monday

I'm a little behind with getting recipes posted. I have some from a few weeks ago that I still haven't shared but I'm hoping to get caught up this week.

Last Week...
Pumpkin and Sausage Penne (with some adjustments - updated recipe coming soon)
Pumpkin Curry Soup (recipe coming soon)
Root Vegetable Soup
Chicken in Garlic Sauce (not our favourite)
Chocolate Chip Cookies
The Pork Stew and Pumpkin Soup were both new recipes and are being added to our family favourites. I love it when I find a recipe that the dude raves about. I mean, he always eats the food I make, but when he tells me he wants me to make it again, that's a great sign!

I can't wait for the pumpkin curry recipe! I made a new version of butternut squash soup this week and it was so/so. I added some chipotle pepper and it was a bit too much of a kick. Oh well, we live and learn:)

The food photos make me want to reach for my utensils.
MPM really does help me to create ways to save money. I love reading the various meal plans. They're a definite inspiration.
I also really appreciate the frugal grocery shopping tips. It's amazing how many are managing to put food on the table with limited budgets.
