Menu Plan Monday

Over the past week we enjoyed...


This week is a special week as we are celebrating our anniversary!

Sunday
Dinner with family (leftovers from FD's aunt's surprise 50th party that we had on Saturday night)

Monday
Chicken and zucchini bake (didn't get to it last week)
Apple carrots**
Fried Okra (we actually got some in the garden so we'll give it a try)
Couscous

Tuesday
Sausages and hashbrowns

Wednesday
Picnic lunch
Out for dinner - our anniversary

Thursday
Summer squash patties
Red pepper relish
Pickled beets
Salad

Friday
Cucumber dill salad
Homemade burgers**
Whole wheat buns
Oven fries

Saturday
Corn roast with church friends
Taking crock pot green beans**
and chocolate zucchini cake

Breakfast
Fresh fruit (peaches, apricots and plums)

That all looks so good... I would love to try the Chicken and zucchini bake .... I will see how yours turns out.

When you cook all of these meals, do they not get expensive. Theres no way we would be able to afford all that... or could we?

Mmmm, the cobbler looks delish! Black bean brownies sound, um, interesting, but I'd be willing to give 'em a try!

ok seriously, your food is making me crazy. crazy jealous. crazy hungry. crazy wish i could hire you at my personal chef. i just ate leftover pizza and am contemplating a popsicle. that has nothing on your cobbler or brownies!!

YUM! I wish I had some okra. I can't even find it in store here. Boo.

I've heard about the black bean brownies before but have never tried them. Do you really like them??
