Menu Plan Monday

Last week we began to see the benefits of having a garden. We had our first round of zucchini. By next week, we'll have another crop. As a result, we enjoyed a number of dishes featuring garden veggies.

Lunch - lifegroup potluck (took store bought chicken and dessert because we got home late last night
Supper - chips, salsa and guacamole (this was our signature Sunday night supper for our first year married ... sometimes it's nice to get back to the basics)

I've got some catching up to do on all of your blogs and I have lots to tell you about my weekend but for now, I've got chips, guacamole, a Pepsi, my husband and a movie waiting for me!

I have never made things like zucchini bread. Can you clearly taste pieces of zucchini or do you chop it up too small?
