This year has started out with me not doing so well when it comes to sticking with my menu plans. It's time to change that!

Pierogi's??? Girl - you haven't had pierogi's until you've made my Babcia's (Polish for Grandma) pierogi's. It's a family recipe, but because I like you so much I'd be willing to share. There's an entire day dedicated to making these in our family, and then they are frozen until the Christmas gathering. It takes about 10 of us to make them because we're feeding 55 people! :) Let me know if you want me to email it to you - they are potato/cheese ones.

Hey - I didn't offer to bring prime rib just because you were having meat loaf when I visited - I actually really like meat loaf but we will still bring the prime rib!!!
