Whew! We just rolled in from an awesome weekend at the lake (more about that later..) and I am sitting down to try to plan out our week. It makes me feel all yucky inside when I head into a week without an idea of what we'll be eating each day. Since we've been at the lake all weekend until today, my plan starts with Tuesday.
